I gotta go pack and shower and run a few last-last minute errands before we take off for the mountain tonight. To all of you who called me crazy for snowboarding after a 20 miler, congratulations, you are smarter than I am.
( In my defense we’re going for a friend’s bday and it was planned long before the 5W2M craziness came along. )

Miles 0-18 were butterflies and rainbows. Loved life. Went from ‘happy‘ to ‘stabby‘ in about .2 seconds. Seriously there were points in those final miles I thought I was going to either throw up, cry, or both. Simultaneously. And that’s hard. Unless you’re drunk.
Anywho, here’s how Week 3 of 5W2M shaped up :
I would like to take this time to thank my subordinates at work for making it completely physically impossible to have any sort of workout while I was in Houston. That is all I have to say about that.
